Heppner is one of those places that you have to be going to to find. I have not been there since they invented the digital camera so I have no photos. I will put it on the schedule. A flash flood made history here in 1903 by killing a bunch of people. Willow Creek funneled huge amounts of water thru town with devastating effect. The Corps of Engineers responded by building a dam right at the edge of town. I hope it holds.
